39_longviewnorth
Welcome to 412 Bramble, looking North. That's a clump river birch by the garage, and there was to be a star magnolia by the door, but I haven't identified what is there.

The is the house looking east from our neighbor's yard. In the foreground is Cathy's five-year project to line the swale.

These are eastern white pines with a holey boulder wall. In the foreground are planted Stella d'Oro daylilies and Autumn Joy sedum, which are repeated throughout the landscaping. To the right is one of two lanon stone piers, by which I have planted my Len

Under the white pines I tucked in ferns taken from the backyard at South George. In the foreground, with the daylilies, there were to have been three dwarf fothergilla. Perhaps one day . . .
44_ladysmantle
A transplanted Linden, underwhich I planted my collection of lady's mantle, some pulmonaria, and the asarum.
45_atlas
These are not what the original landscaping plan calls for, which were Hicks yews. They are wigela, a gorgeous Merlot color, blooming first of June. However, in the center, we've put Atlas and a collection of ornamental grasses.
